2025 CFP NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP DELIVERY SYSTEM
All deliveries on behalf of the 2025 National Championship Game must be coordinated through the CFP Delivery System.

INSTRUCTIONS
- No CFP items can be shipped to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium prior to Monday, January 13th unless directly coordinated with CFP Stadium Operations management.
- All deliveries, shipments and goods shipped to and collected from the stadium site between January 13 and January 19, 2025, MUST be on the Master Stadium Delivery Schedule to gain access to the stadium and stadium site.
- Please do not contact staff at Mercedes-Benz Stadium to schedule your deliveries.
- To understand the expected daily magnitude of CFP specific shipments to the stadium campus, we ask that you submit your initial delivery plans by EOD on Friday, January 3rd.
- The Master Delivery Schedule will go into effect on Monday, January 13th. To be part of the authorized Daily Master Delivery Schedule, items need to be entered into the delivery system manifest by 5:00 pm the day prior to the delivery.

- 2025 CFP Marshalling Yard – based on restricted loading dock space available for deliveries, anticipated roadway congestion and enhanced security measures for the CFP Championship Game, all deliveries to MBS for CFP will be required to check-in at Marshaling Yard #1 (located on Ivan Allen Jr Blvd NW) before being approved for access to the stadium. Deliveries to the Home Depot Backyard and Georgia International Plaza are NOT required to use the Marshalling Yard Process.
- Someone must be onsite to meet and accept any shipments for your organization and coordinate the move to the appropriate storage or use location. Two (2) dedicated CFP forklifts will be available during operational hours for larger items.
- CFP/Mesh/SP Plus will provide Marshalling Yard and Loading Dock Management who will be on site during delivery hours to help with managing the schedule and deliveries. Contact: Lea Ricks (Mesh) Email Lea 252-670-0174
- All deliveries will be subject to screening by Mercedes-Benz Stadium, GWCC and Public Safety Officials.

Delivery hours vary based on the date. Due to security restrictions, delivery hours will be controlled on specific event dates. Please ensure your delivery agency is aware of these hours. Deliveries that arrive outside of these hours are subject to being turned away.
LOAD-OUT INFORMATION
- Only submit Load Out information if you need dock space at Mercedes-Benz Stadium or have a large amount of equipment to be picked up.
- Small package pick-ups such as FedEx, UPS, etc. can be brought to the dock and dropped in designated areas.
- Only submit requests for Tuesday January 21 and/or Wednesday January 22.
